This unique yet simple three-step approach removes the upfront cost and uncertainty you may feel around purchasing hearing aids.

1. Try it – If suitable we fit you with the latest Vivante Moxi trial hearing aids at our first visit.

2. Wear it – You wear the hearing aids in your day-to-day life at home, work and play.

3. Love it – At the end of the trial period, you decide if you love the benefits of wearing the hearing aids. If not, simply return them and walk away with no further cost or commitment.

Is the hearing aid trial program available for everyone?

If your hearing range is not suitable for our trial scheme we would normally be able to provide you with a hearing aid demonstration on the day of your hearing evaluation. You can rest assured with the knowledge that we also offer a 60-day satisfaction period on all our hearing care packages.

What is the cost of the hearing aid trial?

Our hearing aid trial program involves a hearing evaluation and consultation in your own home, the programming of the trial hearing aids and counselling and guidance on how to get the most from your chosen technology level. Your trial normally last two weeks and include a follow-up review appointment all for £199.

Can I extend my trial period?

Sometimes it may be necessary to make some small adjustments based on your feedback or you may like to try a different technology level so you can see the difference in performance. In instances like this we would extend your hearing aid trial period for a further one to two-week period. Further appointments are currently charged at £99.
