About Us

Key to Hearing is led by Registered Hearing Aid Dispenser, Keeley Salmon. Keeley qualified in 2005 and has since gained extensive experience in the public and private audiology sectors. Whilst working for a large national hearing company Keeley’s branch was awarded the store of the year based on her success and compassion in hearing care.

About Keeley

In 2012, Keeley set up Key to Hearing with her husband Will. Keeley’s wish is to bring her expertise, skills and knowledge to you and encourage the importance of hearing health care. Outside of work Keeley enjoys cooking, exercise (Yoga) and going for walks with their dog Hiro.

About Will

Will, an Engineering Graduate, brings over 10 years’ experience in the financial sector. Sharing Keeley’s passion for helping people, Will brings his analytical approach to his role that involves him overseeing the day-to-day running of the business. Outside of work Will has his beloved Everton FC, is a keen cyclist and movie fan.

Registrations you can trust

Keeley is registered with both the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the British Society of Hearing Aid Audiologists (BSHAA).

The HCPC is a regulator set up to protect the public. They achieve this by keeping a Register of health and care professionals who meet their standards for training, professional skills, behaviour and health.

BSHAA is a professional body representing and promoting the interests of the independent hearing aid profession. Membership is for highly trained hearing care professionals who have extensive and unrivalled experience and knowledge of the hearing instruments that are available to help with hearing.
